We now have a same-day counseling services available to support you before going into the weekend Fridays 1-5pm.

Each member of Mindful Living Group cultivate a daily mindfulness practice so we can be more present with the lives we serve. EMDR, MCT, Solution-Focused, Somatic Awareness are a few of the models we use to help you achieve your goals.
