Our Mission

The mission of the Mindful Living Group is to make mindfulness programs and services accessible so that people, families, and teams will experience its proven benefits. Each professional within the group cultivates a strong and compassionate mindfulness practice to help our clients achieve optimal wellness.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness means being aware of the present moment in a compassionate and accepting way with discernment and friendliness. The practice of mindfulness is learning to shift the focus of your attention to the present moment and to allow the moment to be exactly the way it is.

Why Practice Mindfulness?

The benefits of a regular mindfulness practice have been proven scientifically to reduce stress, improve memory, reduce anxiety and depression, increase emotional regulation, and increase empathy. A regular mindfulness practice ultimately cultivates the ability to live in awareness, witnessing moment-by-moment your own stream of consciousness.
