Mindful Monday Meditation

Join us each Monday 9-10am. This donation-based meditation is open to the community. Sessions will be guided by Jessica Brazil, LCSW and Tanya Gabriel, MA on a rotating basis. This mindfulness insight-oriented sitting meditation is open to all levels.  The meditation hour begins with a sound cleanse through the handpan or another soothing sound clearing instrument and basic meditation instructions followed by 30 or more minutes of silence.  Love donations of an organic food item, tea, honey or money are welcome.  We look forward to sharing in your presence.
