Join our 8 week New Mom’s Group beginning January 10th 2018. This 8 week group will provide new moms with a variety of information, support, and community during the postpartum stages.Group to be co-facilitated by Cailin Goodier, LCSW and Tanya Gabriel, MA. This group is for any new mom with a baby from 0-5 months old. Gratitude Fridays

Join us as we practice mindfulness and cultivate gratitude. Bring a journal and materials that inspire you to share with the group. The classes will be co-facilitated by Jessica Brazil, LCSW and Tanya Gabriel, MA. Cost is $88 for all 5 sessions or $20 per drop in. This is an open group that will convene each Friday for 5 weeks beginning January from 10am-11:11am. We will meet at Mindful Living Group in Kihei located at 1300 N Holopono St Suite 108. Mindful Monday Meditation

Join us each Monday 9-10am. This donation-based meditation is open to the community. Sessions will be guided by Jessica Brazil, LCSW and Tanya Gabriel, MA on a rotating basis. This mindfulness insight-oriented sitting meditation is open to all levels.  The meditation hour begins with a sound cleanse through the handpan or another soothing sound clearing instrument and basic meditation instructions followed by 30 or more minutes of silence.  Love donations of an organic food item, tea, honey or money are welcome.  We look forward to sharing in your presence.

100hr Wild Crafter Herbalist Certification, 3 weekends (every third weekend) begins August 11th at the Mindful Living Group with David Bruce LAc. Founder of Earth Medicine Institute.

David Bruce Leonard is a practitioner and teacher of all five branches of traditional Chinese medicine: acupuncture, herbal medicine, bodywork, food, and martial arts. An expert on the medicinal plants of them tropics, he has a working knowledge of more than 400 traditional Hawaiian, Chinese, and Western plants. As a deep ecologist and perpetual student, David has studied studied traditional medicines with healers all over the world including Hawaiian plant medicines under Kahu Kawika
Ka’alakea, Kaipo Kaneakua and Na Kupuna ‘O Hawai’i since 1992.

David is also the author of “Medicine at Your Feet: Healing Plants of the Hawaiian Kingdom” and “Wild Wisdom: Listening to Heart of Nature“.
