Jocelyn Cordero is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing individual, couples, and
family psychotherapy. She has over ten years of experience working with a diverse range of
clients of all ages, addressing multiple needs in various settings including anxiety, depression,
stress, relationship problems, and mild to severe and persistent mental illness. Jocelyn believes
in creating a safe and calm environment with the foundational belief that people can move
toward growth and healing and have the capacity to find their own answers.
Focus in therapy include assisting clients in feeling empowered and inspired to face challenges
and to embrace change. Goals are tailored to the specific need of the client. Jocelyn also
provides supportive counseling with clients who are just looking for support and guidance
through a challenging situation or simply looking to move in a new direction in life. Jocelyn brings a multicultural perspective to therapy, having been born and raised in Hawaii.

Ho’oponono, an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation.
When not working, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, going to the
movies, and learning about history. Her mindfulness practices include walking and daily prayer.

balance, peace, and acceptance.
