Jessica’s yoga and meditation teaching styles are influenced by a variety of Mindfulness teachers and an intuitive blend of hatha, vinyasa, and kundalini practices. Her passion is helping people tame fear to embrace whole-hearted living through the power of creative visualization, dream awareness, tuning in to the subconscious and unconscious self, and in doing so connect more deeply to self-knowledge by actualizing a positive connection with life. A passion for multiculturalism has created opportunities for working with a wide range of ages, cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and backgrounds from infancy to geriatrics, professional athletes, performers, military professionals, and public figures. Her areas of strength are in opening the mind-body-spirit relationship through a blend of psychotherapy, yoga, relaxation training, self-talk/mantras, meditation, and guided visualizations that restore, enhance, and connect the power of presence and manifestation. Accessing whole-hearted living is the key to happiness and Jessica believes our passions blended with a willingness to be transparent and vulnerable are a road map guiding the journey. Jessica’s primary passion is helping people connect to their life path through healthy, compassionate avenues. She enjoys surfing, skydiving, music, poetry, hiking, and traveling, and learning about different cultures and people.
